Luciana Quarin, ACC, ACPC
Luciana Quarin is an Adler trained Certified Professional Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is also certified in BarOn EQi. After earning her Honours degree in English from the University of Ottawa, Luciana gained over 10 years of private sector operations and management experience, working in corporations ranging from professional publishing to employee assistance services. Luciana is committed to working with young individuals to help them gain clarity in their values and beliefs, achieve their goals, and live a life with purpose and passion. Luciana’s love of travel began as a student, when she studied and lived in Italy. She continues to look for novel and interesting travel adventures with her husband and three children.
Teresa Sottana, ACC
Through executive, leadership and career development coaching, and through creating programs and learning experiences for teams/groups, I work with individuals and organizations internationally (NA, Europe and Asia) to facilitate change and movement that will lead to desired results and achievement of goals. In addition to my corporate clients, I am also a part of the Queen’s University Smith School of Business (affiliated with Cornell University) Executive Coaching team, where my coaching focuses on Executive MBA and MBA students and helping them achieve their goals and aspirations. The mygapyear organization was also where I spent my time coaching both high school graduates and university students that want to understand and explore possibilities for their future.

Alexandra holds an honours degree in psychology from York University. Her background in human resources and career development provides expertise in helping individuals find direction and create positive change. She is EQ-i certified and has developed, designed and delivered workshops related to emotional intelligence, change and transition, and work/life success. She is currently pursuing a professional coaching designation through Adler International Learning.
Julia Bubrin, MA, Excelerator Coach
Julia is the co-founder and Managing Director at Latitude Coaching, working to support inspired people through inspiring careers. Julia coaches emerging leaders, new managers and people in times of transition. Her diverse experience and education background have empowered her to become a life-long learner. After completing degrees in International Development from the University of Guelph and Environment, Politics and Globalisation from King’s College, University of London, Julia shifted her focus to exploring human societies and how people interact in the workplace. Julia holds a certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and obtained coach training through Excelerator Coaching™ from Essential Impact. Jane Kristoffy, MEd
Jane Kristoffy, Educational Strategist and founder of Right Track Educational Services, has over 25 years experience as an educator. She is passionate about helping students thrive, academically and personally. Jane’s mission is to help students build on their strengths, and find their passions and direction.
Jane works with students and their families during their transitions to high school, and university/college. Counselling students about careers & self awareness, how to choose school programs at every level, and how to complete top-notch applications for all transitions is her expertise. Devon Turcotte is working to change the career conversation through careerified, a career and education coaching business based in the GTA. Prior to starting her business, Devon worked with a number of teens, parents and educators in the Career Development and Student Recruitment offices at Durham College, and as a Liaison Officer at Skills Ontario.
